Here is a summary of meetings that should take place between project participants (students, supervisors, assessors and the GPC)

GPC meetings:
A meeting between the GPC and project students takes place in week 2 of the semester. This takes the form of a presentation by the GPC and an informal discussion between the GPC and students.

Course Hours:
A two-hour period is allocated to EEE 499 every week in the semester weekly timetable. This provides a time-slot for the GPC to meet with EEE 499 students and supervisors for informational sessions and the mid-term presentations. This is also a good time to schedule weekly meetings between students and supervisors, but of course students/supervisors are free to allocate their own contact times.
