and a draft of the project poster to the supervisor in MS Word and PowerPoint format. |
Supervisors should check the drafts and advise the student.
Please remind the student of the report/poster dead-line and check that they are prepared according to the regulations and the supervisors
requirements.

The student submits the poster
by email to eee499.gantep@gmail.com Please submit the file in PDF format.
The students will print the posters (portrait orientation and size 53 cm x 75 cm)
and make them ready before the start of the poster session.
Posters that are submitted after the deadline will not be printed by the GPC (you will need to arrange the printing yourself).
Remember that the poster contributes up to 10 points to your total score so please follow the regulations regarding the
format and content. Unsuitable posters will be rejected!; please make sure your supervisor has approved your poster and report before you send it.

Note: each day late after the dead-line will result in a 5/30 point deduction!
