Reg. and add/drop	Monday 05/02/2024 to Friday 09/02/2024	Students register to EEE499 and select a project title.	Last day for supervisors (and students) to provide project proposals is Friday 20/02/2024. Supervisors should arrange a first meeting as soon as possible.
Week 11	Mid-term presentations 25/04/2024 Thursday	Students, please read these notes and please turn up to the presentations early and set up well in advance.	Assessors; please make sure you understand your role.
Week 14 Wednesday	dead-line 5 pm 28/05/2024	The student submits a draft of the written project report and a draft of the project poster to the supervisor in MS Word and PowerPoint format.	Supervisors should check the drafts and advise the student. Please remind the student of the report/poster dead-line and check that they are prepared according to the regulations and the supervisors requirements.
Week 15 Wednesday	dead-line mid-night ../../2024 TRY TO SUBMIT EARLIER TO GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SEND YOU CORRECTIONS - CHECK YOUR EMAILS ON SUNDAY!	The student submits the poster by email to eee499.gantep@gmail.com Please submit the file either in PowerPoint or PDF format. Please make sure that you receive a confirmation e-mail from GPC. The GPC will print the posters (portrait orientation and size 53 cm x 75 cm) and make them ready before the start of the poster session. Posters that are submitted after the deadline will not be printed by the GPC (you will need to arrange the printing yourself). Remember that the poster contributes up to 10 points to your total score so please follow the regulations regarding the format and content. Unsuitable posters will be rejected!; please make sure your supervisor has approved your poster and report before you send it.
Week 16 Monday	../../2024 dead-line 5 pm	The student submits the written project report in PDF format to eee499.gantep@gmail.com, which will be posted on the course web site for the assessors to download and read. Note: each day late after the dead-line will result in a 5/30 point deduction! See written reports for details.
Week 16 Friday	../../2024 at 09:00 EEE B-blok	Graduation photo (all department staff and graduated students are welcome.
Week 16 Friday	../../2024 at 14:00 in EEE AMFI	Poster session. Please set up your project well in advance.
